Happy New Year !!

Happy New Year To All !!
Another year has gone by, and I can’t say that it has been a good or bad year. What I appreciate most is my family and my health. It really seems like the years go by much faster now than before. Do you ever wonder what your purpose on this earth might be? Sometimes I don’t know. I do know we all have a purpose to serve on this earth. Finding that purpose is harder than you think. I believe we have many purposes in our lifetime. Some just don’t take time to think about such things.
Anyway, I do feel sad about the disaster that has hit over in Asia.
It is almost unbelieveable what has happen. I pray for those that have lost loved ones, and pray that God gives each and everyone the strength to live on. Their lives have been changed forever and will never be the same.
God Bless Our America !!

Just A Short Rant!

I watch Fox News a lot, but they are really getting boring. I love the news about politics but last night every program had about the same topic on it. Fox, this is getting so abnoxious, so change your formats. All they talked about was the guy from from New York who withdrew his nomination from the Homeland Security post. He has withdrew, so why talk about it, every hour on the hour. The same went for the Scott Peterson jury, why sit around and guess why they quit delibrations early and chose to stay in a secluded place for the weekend. Who cares! The jury will render a verdict when they have one. I am sure they are all taking this decision as serious matter. When someone's life is in your hands, you should make sure you make the correct decision. I am not sure that our system should that overwhelming decision to make. I believe that this man Scott Peterson could be rehilbilated. What do you think about it. Should we as a society leave that up to 12 people?

Anyways, FOX, change your format. Keep us updated but talked about other things going on in this country too. Don't be repetitive.

Dreary Days Blues

Ever have the dreary day blues? Well the weather plays a big part in how we feel. It is rainy and cold here today, such a dreary day, it gives me the blues. I am trying to get out of this mood but it is surprisly difficult. Many get the wintertime blues this time of year. Holidays don't help either. Maybe I should think more positive about the things in my life. Sometimes talking to a friend helps and you can get a new prespective about situations. Call someone and just talk to them. What do you do when you get the blues...any suggestions will help.
